Executive leadership coaching


Catherine works with senior business leaders to support their growth and development, helping them reach the highest possible levels of performance.  Her experience as an Executive Committee member enables her to guide her coachees in their efforts to build effective and collaborative working relationships with executive colleagues, board members and their teams.  


Business leaders working with Catherine to increase their performance, effectiveness and impact will be guided through a goal setting process driven by their own aspirations and career goals.  During their coaching programme they will be encouraged to recognise and value their key strengths and build on these to deliver the best results.  They explore techniques to maintain confidence in their performance and gain recognition for their achievements.  Many coachees also choose to work with Catherine on career planning, work-life balance or mindfulness exercises, all of which can be drivers for a happier, more successful way of working. 


Catherine works largely with individuals who are in senior leadership roles in large blue-chip corporations.  She is particularly in demand to work with newly promoted individuals, taking on additional responsibilities and building new relationships at board level. 


Catherine has a professional certificate in executive coaching and leadership behaviours from Henley Business School and a Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Progamming (NLP) from the NLP School.  She has been accredited as a coach by both organisations and is also a member of international coaching federation (ICF).
