Catherine has held executive committee roles at three FTSE 50 plcs, each operating in a different sector. She is highly attuned to the commercial drivers of businesses and views reputation management as a vital part of the work an organisation can do to reduce the risks in its operating model.
For the last six years, Catherine has been working as a non-executive director alongside her executive work and has been part of board teams delivering operational turnarounds.
Catherine is a leader in the field of reputation management and influencing. She is an expert in assessing reputation risk for brands and organisations and in developing strategies and campaigns to build and protect reputation. Much of her experience has been gained working with highly regulated consumer facing businesses in the most sensitive and volatile sectors: energy, telecommunications, media and information and alcohol. She is often called on to advise consumer facing businesses on reputation issues and influencing campaigns in the UK and internationally.

Through her experience in corporate and financial reporting, and as a non-executive director, Catherine has gained a wealth of expertise in corporate governance. She is available to work on board assessments, and as a professional mentor to non-executive directors transitioning into their first board role.
